(I am attuned to level 1 and 2) Which I know Reiki does its thing!! How do I raise my vibe up to feel more confident? Thank you for this question and for being brave in asking it. The very fact that you asked this question suggests to me that you have more confidence than you think. And that you know that Reiki does its thing supports that, too.
I want to encourage you, that yes, wondering if you're doing it right is very common among practitioners, especially newer practitioners. Sometimes, it's only a matter of more practice, so you may want to consider offering more sessions, whether to family, friends, or Reiki shares. Practice will help you feel more confident, including in what you already know...that Reiki is indeed doing its thing.
