Is Reiki Right for Me?

So often on our journey we wonder if something is right for us, if it's a good fit, if it's a good idea. After 7 years as a Reiki Master, here is what I know for sure...

1. Our Reiki journey is our own.
It unfolds in the way it needs to as it needs to. Reiki comes to us in just the right way at just the right time in the way that we need it to.

2. Reiki is not judging you.
No matter who you are, no matter where you are, and no matter what your journey looks like, Reiki is not judging you. And one of Reiki's most powerful gifts is that it helps us to release judgment of ourselves...and others, too. I know this to be true from my own Reiki journey.
