The full moon is a magical time, and many people notice changes around the full moon. Do you? Sometimes during a full moon time, I get a little restless, sometimes I have trouble sleeping, and I often get more creative. If you're wanting to tap into full moon energy, consider trying these...
1. Release what no longer serves you. The full moon is often used as a time to release what no longer serves us. The idea is that, as the moon sheds its light, we can shed feelings, beliefs, relationships, experiences, etc. that we're ready to let go of. Want some help with this? 2. Cleanse your cards and crystals. Place your cards and crystals in the light of the full moon to clear and charge them. You can also place any intentions into them you wish. Of course, positive intentions made with love and light always work best.
3. Make moon water. Place water in a clear jar and set it in the moonlight...just like with crystals or cards, it doesn't have to be outside. And like with crystals or cards, you may also want to infuse your water with a prayer or affirmation.

It's a great way to reflect, set your monthly intentions, and see what themes might be coming up until the next full moon.
