Is Fear Stopping Me from Starting a Reiki Business?

I’m having a hard time differentiating between fear of starting a Reiki business and my intuition telling me I’m not ready. How do I know if it's just fear or if my intuition is telling me it's not time?

Thanks for this, and you are not alone. This is definitely something that other Reiki practitioners are often unsure about. I have a powerful exercise that can help you cut right to the heart of the matter...

1. Designate a penny or any coin heads or tails, like heads means you start your business and tails means you wait.

2. Flip the coin, catch it in your hand without looking at it, and flip it over onto the back of your other hand.

3. Take your hand off of the penny and look at it.

4. Note what you think or feel immediately. This is your answer. Your immediate reaction will provide valuable insight. Ultimately, it doesn't matter what the penny says. Whether it's heads up or heads down, the answer isn't what the penny says...it's how you feel about what the penny says.

How do you feel about what the penny says? 

This exercise cuts through the mental chatter. Probably it's fear rather than your intuition, but this exercise will help you get clarity.

And if you look at the coin and don't know what you feel?
What did you feel before you didn't know what you felt...in other words, before the mental chatter started?
