Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. While doing a healing session today, I began to feel severe nausea. I couldn't figure what was going on let a lone how I was going to leave abruptly. So I moved away from the heart/chest area of the client and the feeling subsided. I couldn’t explain but knew it was related. Luckily it was towards the end of the session. Can you tell me what this means? This was a family member, so maybe the healing had an impact on me, too. When I was finished with the session I made sure I cut the cord multiple of times. I took a salt bath and felt a bit off for a while.

Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. Before starting a session normally I would ground, protect, and center, and cleanse the room. But then I would draw symbols on my palms…or am I wrong? Then when starting a session, do we use all symbols at the top of the crown on a client and then draw them all on each chakra or is it the body positions? I know some people just use certain symbols for certain issues but I just want to remember the way it was taught.

Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. I got attuned for reiki level 1 a few weeks ago. I felt fine the first week but now I’m experiencing anxiety. I can’t sleep and I’m extremely dizzy and off balance. I was told by my the person who attuned me that my 3rd eye and crown is open and I need to be more grounded but I’m not sure how to ground more.

I'm in the startup process and planning on offering distance Reiki from home but would also like the possibility of doing in-person sessions by renting or working out of a shared space (hotel spa, beauty salon, vet's office, yoga studio, etc) and also going to client's homes. I live in the county of Los Angeles, so it seems like depending on where you conduct business, you need a business license from the city you're doing business in. Are multiple business licenses needed if your home operation is City A, but you rent a space in city B, and see clients in cities C, D, E?

I have been practicing Reiki for two months now, over 12 hands-on sessions completed, and have been asked by several, “what do you charge.” I am in California and do NOT have a business. In terms of charging a fee, is a “liability form” wise, especially as I branch out to others? Can I not charge unless I have an official business (LLC or S-Corp??)

Many years ago, I didn't practice Reiki much at all because I wasn't sure if I was doing it right or if it was working. I just didn't feel confident in myself or in Reiki. It isn't easy to make ourselves vulnerable by admitting that we might lack self-confidence when it comes to Reiki. But the very fact that we can say yes to this question actually means that we have more confidence than we think. Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. But there’s been an energy in the palms of my hands since way back in 1980’s/related to college sculpting classes. In my case, coming from a strict religious and traditional community I could sadly never ever say publicly that I believe in the healing practices of Reiki. It could harm my reputation because unfortunately many people just don't understand.
