Feel Like You're Not Good Enough on Your Reiki Journey?

​So often on our Reiki journey, we feel like we're lacking. We feel like we're not enough...not good enough, not doing it right, not sending Reiki enough, not "being Reiki" enough.

We wonder if we're using the right symbols in the right order, wonder if it's ok to send Reiki to certain health challenges, wonder if we're using proper hand positions.

When we worry that we're doing it wrong, worry that we're not doing it right, compare ourselves to where we are and where we think we should be, we often find ourselves lacking.

But there is no lack on our Reiki journey. We are where we are on our own individual, unique Reiki journey, and where we are is exactly where we need to be.

When we take the focus off of what we feel like we're doing wrong or worry that we're not doing right, when we realize that we are just where we need to be and nothing is lacking in our practice, it's then that we can truly let go and let Reiki.

This isn't easy. We are humans, after all. But when we step back from the worries, fears, and concerns, when we realize that Reiki is abundance and we are abundantly where we need to be, we can realize there is no lack on our Reiki journey. There is nothing missing, nothing wrong, and we can be present on this blessed journey.

There is nothing missing, nothing wrong, and you are right where you need to be. There is nothing lacking in your Reiki journey: yours, mine, or anyone's. We are all right where we need to be on our own unique Reiki journey.
