Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. I want to do self-Reiki for fear. I was told in Level 1 not to focus on the symptoms and let Reiki do its thing. But can I set specific intentions before doing a session, including for fear?

However, when giving a Reiki session, it tends to take energy from me and sometimes I feel fairly fatigued afterwards. What do you do in terms of multiple clients a day? How much time do you leave between booked sessions? And recommendations about my fatigue between clients? Thank you so so much!
Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. I had my distance attunement last night but I wasn’t able to sit in a quiet space and meditate during it. I definitely felt things happening with my body/mind during the time frame and after I felt light and floaty. Does me not having the ability during that time to meditate mess with the attunement? I did try to make myself as open minded and accepting of any energy coming my way during the timeframe.

I'm so nervous and doubt myself beforehand and when I'm finished the feedback is so good that I am frustrated at myself for the self doubt. How many times a week do you do a self treatment. Can I use Reiki to cleanse the energy in the space when we are preparing for new families to move in? Has anyone done this and, if so, can you share your method(s) and experience(s), please? Also, if I can cleanse/clear with Reiki do I also need to sage separately or should I use them in tandem?

Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. Is it common to have people who have passed make their presence known to the practitioner? In my session, the practitioner said deceased family members were there. I will say whatever she did released some chronic pain I’ve had for years. I had previously tried many other things - medication, therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, etc. I’ve now been pain free for two weeks. I’m open to whatever happened but also don’t want to be taken advantage of since I’d give just about anything to reconnect with my loved ones who have passed on.

I’ve had confirmation while working with a couple friends that what I had seen has connection to them. How do I ethically handle these experiences? While doing a healing session today, I began to feel severe nausea. I couldn't figure what was going on let a lone how I was going to leave abruptly. So I moved away from the heart/chest area of the client and the feeling subsided. I couldn’t explain but knew it was related. Luckily it was towards the end of the session. Can you tell me what this means? This was a family member, so maybe the healing had an impact on me, too. When I was finished with the session I made sure I cut the cord multiple of times. I took a salt bath and felt a bit off for a while.

Here where I am in central Pennsylvania in the eastern US, leaves are beginning to drop from trees. Except that's not exactly right. Because leaves don't just fall... Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. Before starting a session normally I would ground, protect, and center, and cleanse the room. But then I would draw symbols on my palms…or am I wrong? Then when starting a session, do we use all symbols at the top of the crown on a client and then draw them all on each chakra or is it the body positions? I know some people just use certain symbols for certain issues but I just want to remember the way it was taught.

My Reiki 1 was a one to one experience. Maybe I am frustrated with myself, but something seems to have changed with my teacher, although I can't work out what it is. I am feeling drawn in another direction and just feeling so confused.

I can’t sleep and I’m extremely dizzy and off balance. I was told by my the person who attuned me that my 3rd eye and crown is open and I need to be more grounded but I’m not sure how to ground more.

So often on our journey we wonder if something is right for us, if it's a good fit, if it's a good idea. After 7 years as a Reiki Master, here is what I know for sure... Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. I just got attuned a couple of weeks ago, and it seems every time I do self Reiki I get a migraine straight afterwards. Today has been the worst! Many years ago, I didn't practice Reiki much at all because I wasn't sure if I was doing it right or if it was working. I just didn't feel confident in myself or in Reiki. It isn't easy to make ourselves vulnerable by admitting that we might lack self-confidence when it comes to Reiki. But the very fact that we can say yes to this question actually means that we have more confidence than we think. Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. But there’s been an energy in the palms of my hands since way back in 1980’s/related to college sculpting classes. Recently while talking with a friend about chakras, she suggested I may have some natural Reiki energy or something to explore - it seems it’s most powerfully felt in connection to art making activities. I’m nervous I couldn’t be successful at healing, but curious and open to finding a place for attunements.
