Christian | Standing Stones Healing Co. I am feeling very confused around my Reiki 2. I am not sure if I want to return to the same person, which makes me feel bad. My Reiki 1 was a one to one experience. Maybe I am frustrated with myself, but something seems to have changed with my teacher, although I can't work out what it is. I am feeling drawn in another direction and just feeling so confused. I can hear the uncertainty in your question, and I send my blessings. I want to encourage you that yes, it is absolutely ok to have different teachers. It actually can be very beneficial to do so, as each teacher has their own knowledge and methods to pass on and you can learn new and different things. I encourage you to release judgment of yourself for wanting to go to a different teacher, and if your teacher truly is living Reiki, they will understand and encourage you to go with your heart.
I do want to encourage you to consider for your level 2 to maybe take a class with a group instead of a 1-on-1, as this can give you a different experience than you had previously to see if you like it better. And if you find you prefer 1-on-1, you can always go back to that if you choose to go on to level 3. But yes, it is absolutely ok to have a different teacher for Level 2, and I encourage you to release judgment of yourself for these questions and uncertainties. You are not bad or wrong for feeling drawn in a different direction. Comments are closed.
